Payment Policy & Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed and final only after full payment has been received and a confirmation voucher has been issued.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include only the services specified in the booking details. Any services or fees not explicitly mentioned are excluded. The system reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel bookings resulting from such errors.

3. Payment

Payment must be made according to the selected package terms, either via full prepayment or a non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance paid within the specified period. Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without any obligation.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted electronic systems. Payment card information is retained only to the extent necessary to complete the transaction.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the package terms and the policies of service providers (hotels, transportation, etc.). Partial deductions or full forfeiture of payments may apply. Non-refundable packages are not eligible for any refunds.

6. Modifications

Any modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or price differences, which must be paid immediately to confirm the change. Some packages may not allow any modifications after confirmation.

7. No-Show

Failure to show up or use the services without prior cancellation is considered a no-show. No refunds are provided, and full booking amounts may be charged.

8. Supplier Responsibility

Services are provided by external suppliers. Their policies are binding once the booking is confirmed. The system acts as a facilitator and represents the client with the suppliers, with the right to claim any client entitlements on their behalf. The system assumes no liability for supplier services.

9. Force Majeure

Payments are subject to force majeure conditions. Any refunds or credits, if applicable, will be handled according to supplier policies and applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the service provider is registered.
