Economy Umrah Package 7 Days (9–17 Rabi’ al-Awwal)

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

• Full Payment: Total package balance must be settled at least 14 days prior to the departure date.
• Currency: All rates are quoted in SAR and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and municipality fees.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest:

• 15+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus administrative fees).
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package price will be charged as a penalty.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% non-refundable.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point or hotel will result in a 100% penalty of the total package value.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Certain promotional packages are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.

3. Umrah & Rawdah Permits

• Guest Responsibility: Obtaining Umrah and Rawdah permits via the Nusuk App is the sole responsibility of the guest.
• Compliance: The company is not liable for any fines or denial of entry to the Holy Sites if the guest fails to secure the necessary permits through official government channels.

4. Transportation Policy

• Punctuality: Guests must be present at the designated pickup points at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure of the company bus.
• Luggage: Each guest is entitled to one large suitcase (up to 23kg) and one hand-carry bag. Excess luggage may incur additional fees.
• Lost Items: The company is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind on the bus or in the hotel.

5. Hotel Policies

• Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Room Capacity: Room configurations (Double, Triple, Quad) are fixed as per the booking confirmation. Adding extra beds is subject to hotel policy and availability.

6. Identification & Travel Documents

• Verification: Guests must provide a valid Passport (for international travelers) or National ID/Iqama (for residents) at the time of check-in and during inter-city transfers.
• Visa: The guest is responsible for ensuring their Umrah visa or tourist visa is valid for the duration of the stay.

7. Force Majeure

• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or transportation schedule in cases of "Force Majeure" (weather conditions, government road closures, or safety concerns) to ensure the well-being of the guests.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Package Cancellation (Standard Terms)

• More than 15 Days before Departure: Receive a Full Refund of the package price (subject to a nominal administrative service fee).
• 7 to 15 Days before Departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package value will be applied.
• Less than 7 Days before Departure: The package becomes 100% Non-Refundable.

2. Peak Season Policy (Ramadan & Hajj)

• Peak Season Bookings: All reservations made for peak periods (including the last 10 days of Ramadan or the Hajj season) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of confirmation.

3. No-Show & Early Departure

• No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive at the designated airport pickup point or the hotel on Day 1, the booking will be classified as a "No-Show" and is 100% Non-Refundable.
• Early Departure: Should a guest choose to depart before the conclusion of the 9-day program, no refunds will be issued for unused nights, transportation, or pre-arranged services.

4. Transportation (Private Company Bus)

• Missed Transfers: Our company buses operate on a strict schedule. If a guest misses the scheduled transfer from Makkah to Madinah (Day 6), they will be responsible for arranging their own transportation at their own expense; no refunds apply for the missed seat.
• Service Modification: The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bus transfers due to road closures, extreme weather, or government regulations. In these rare instances, an alternative travel time will be provided.

5. Visa & Permit Fees

• Non-Refundable Fees: Please be advised that once an Umrah Visa is issued, the visa and insurance costs are 100% Non-Refundable per the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah regulations, regardless of package cancellation.

6. Refund Processing

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
